Subscription Basis
Our packages are served fresh monthly. Renewal just means topping up before the next round starts. We will send email and sms reminders for the next billing of the subscription.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable because the work is prepared in advance. You can cancel anytime. But for any month already paid, we’ll finish the service.
Client Responsibility
You provide the ingredients: logos, photos, videos, captions, calendar events, etc. Delays in sending them = delays in posting. No one likes cold food.
Deliverables
You’ll get everything listed in the package you chose. We will share content for your approval. No revision means good to go. Contents are always created in advance.
Timeline
After your first payment-subscription, we will connect with you to get all your materials and social media access. We will start to create content. This takes 5-10 business days, depending on the package and the contents of the materials you have.
Revisions
Each content piece comes with one free “taste adjustment.” (1 revision per content) Extra revisions? That’s another order.
Content Ownership
Once payment is complete, the content is 100% yours. We may showcase your brand in our portfolio unless you’d rather keep things private.
Unsubscription
You can cancel anytime. But for any month already paid, we’ll finish the service—no refunds for what’s already delivered. No payment and communication after reminders for the next billing cycle is considered Unsubscription.

Add-Ons and Customization
Icing on the cake🍰. Additional Services can be added to the existing package. Add-ons can also be in subscriptions or can be set up one time. Customizations outside the packages will be priced flexibly.
